What an exciting Monday morning we've had as we end March 2014 with a bang - a double bang!
Today we launched our first ever crowd funding campaign for our next show in June 2014, The Devil & Stepashka! You can join our journey by supporting us. We are grateful for any donation, large or small, and in return have some great rewards for you, so check it out on the right! -->
Furthermore, the second episode of our video diary, documenting our journey of making The Devil & Stepashka, is now available, as we start meeting designers and our writer Claire Booker herself tells you more about the play.
Our one-night-only benefit performance of Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues last night was a big success and sell-out!
Many thanks to everyone who came, our fabulous cast and crew as well as The Space for having us once more.
The night also raised a lot of money for the charities Tender, Refuge as well as the V-Day Spotlight Campaign.
Also many thanks to photographer Nathan Edwards for capturing us so beautifully; check out the gallery for more!
Tomorrow's one-night-only benefit performance of
The Vagina Monologues is now almost sold out!

You can grab one of the last few tickets via phone (0207 515 7799) or online.
Despite being on for one-night-only, our benefit production of Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues as part of V-Day 2014 and One Billion Rising for Justice has received a lot of features and exposure on web publications.
Most notably the Londonist has included us in their Things To Do In London This Weekend and About Time Magazine listed our production as part of March's Most Peculiar Theatre. Here's what they had to say about it:
"With their stunning acoustics and dramatic architecture, converted churches make excellent theatrical spaces. Juxtaposed with the explicit content of Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues, The Space’s one-night-only production of this award-winning play promises to offer evening of memorable theatre as part of V-Day London. If the theatre is your church, then this Isle of Dogs-based venue is a godsend for those who enjoy the intimate experience of innovative small-scale productions."
The Vagina Monologues will be performed on Sunday, 16th March at The Space.
Tickets are selling quickly, so make sure to book asap.
We'd like to wish everyone a very happy International Women's Day!
A brilliant way to celebrate would be to treat yourself to some tickets for our upcoming performance of The Vagina Monologues on Sunday, March 16th.
With one-night-only and all profits going to charity tickets are selling quickly, so book asap.
Time flies, as it's already been one year since the official beginning of the Goblin Baby Theatre Co.! And although, it's only been a year since the Goblin Baby's birth, we already have a lot to look back on and even more to look forward to.
1st March 2013 was the date that we kicked off preparations for UNHEARD, which went on to be our first production over two nights in June 2013 at The Space. Ever since, the company has grown quickly and further artists have joined the team. In January 2014 we presented our second production RETOLD, a big jump ahead from our two nights show, as this one ran for two weeks overall, at two different venues, The Space as well as The Hen & Chickens Theatre.
We are honoured to have been welcomed back to stage further work at both venues throughout 2014, so if you want to know what we've got coming up next, take a look at our upcoming Productions.
A huge thanks to everyone who has been part of the journey so far, it's been a great first year, so here's to many more!
And last but not least, here's a look back at the projects from our first year:
